Our Beans: Our liquid gold is provided by the amazing folks atBonacci Coffee.
Additional Hours: Our standard event packages include up to 3 hours service. Additional hours will be charged at $100 per hour
Additional Cups: All additional cups with be charged @ $4 each.
Staff: Our packages include either 2 trained staff depending on the size of your event. For events with more than 100 guests a 3rd staff is recommended and charged at $50 per hour for the duration of the event.
Travel: Travel up to 30kms is included and $1 per additional km.
Set Up: To set up we require clear access to your event location and a flat area, approximately 5m x 3m.
Power Requirements: We can work with either 15Amp or 10Amp (household) power and always carry 25m extension. Please let us know should the distance be greater.
Generator: Should there be no power available at your event site Vagabond can come with a generator for $50 per day.
Bookings: A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings.
We have always had highest food safety standard practices and workplace measures in place to operate safely for our customers, staff and the community at large.
AS A TAKE-AWAY FOOD OPERATOR SERVICE WE ARE ABLE TO CONTINUE operations during Victoria's Stage 3 restrictions. For our service we will not require access to your home or venue. We are an enclosed, secure workplace and have social distancing measures in place and a sneeze guard installed.

Booking deposits will be refundable in case of cancellation due to restrictions.
